What to expect...
During sessions, directees may enjoy silence, music, unhurried reading of scripture, prayer, reflective questions, non-judgmental listening, prayerful discernment and encouragement for the journey.
The Spirit of God can use these honest, intentional times as part of the process to transform and grow a person in love for God, self and others. Spiritual direction does not replace foundational discipleship or needed therapeutic counselling, but can be a valuable complement.
