What to expect...
During sessions, directees may enjoy silence, music, unhurried reading of scripture, prayer, reflective questions, non-judgmental listening, prayerful discernment and encouragement for the journey.
The Spirit of God can use these honest, intentional times as part of the process to transform and grow a person in love for God, self and others. Spiritual direction does not replace foundational discipleship or needed therapeutic counselling, but can be a valuable complement.
- one hour, one-on-one session (in person or via video link)
- group sessions by arrangement
- Individual or group support for those "making" the Ignatian Exercises Retreat in Daily Life (see details under website title: Ignatian Exercises Offering).
- Exploration of a directee's Enneagram type with insights for prayer and spiritual transformation.
